It is the responsibility of the client to read the below details prior to booking an appointment.
Here’s How The Process Works:
- Book your appointment.
- We will contact contact you in 24-48 hours to arrange drop off (if required).
- You will be notified once your service is complete with an image of your unit & retrieval instructions.
- Receive your unit & wear without worry!
Deposit
- A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment - as a courtesy this amount goes toward your balance.
- The remaining balance must be paid in CASH or ZELLE only once the unit is complete.
- Full payment is required for maintenance services.
Hair Condition
- We require the use of human hair only, no synthetic or human hair blends.
- Construction: the client can provide used hair. The hair must be clean. Any thread, glue, or dirty tracks will be subject to a cleaning fee.
- For best results, we recommend Transparent or HD lace for frontals and closures.
- We have hair available for purchase upon request [body wave, deep wave, straight as well as Cambodian textures.]
Multiple Units
- Please book one appointment slot per unit. For example, if you have 3 maintenance units, you should book 3 different time slots.
Unit Drop Off & Pick Up
- Once booking is complete a designated date and time will be arranged for drop off - location: Norcross, Georgia 30092.
- Once the service on the unit is complete, the client will be notified either by text or email. At that point a pick up date and time will be arranged.
- Units left beyond 15 days are subject to a $15 per day storage fee.
Shipping the Unit
- A ship to address will be provided within 24-48 hours once booking is complete.
- It is the responsibility of the client to select the 'Shipping' add on when booking their appointment.
- For quality control: the limit for shipping is 3 wigs per order. This means if you book 5 wigs total, you need to pay for shipping twice - one box will contain 3 units and the other will contain 2 units.
- Please ensure an accurate return address is entered into the specified field. If the address is entered incorrectly, please notify us immediately. Eyedentical Glam is not liable for inaccurate addresses.
- Lead times (completion time frames) do not account for shipping days or delays.
Add-Ons
- Please include all necessary services when booking, including add-ons. This is to ensure the time allotment and pricing are accurate.
Custom Color
- Custom color is determined on a case by case basis. Please book a consultation to review custom color options.
Expedited Services (Rush)
- Rush services (2 business day turn around once dropped off) are available. This cost is in addition to the initial booking.
- Maintenance: Additional $50
- Construction: Additional $100
